Okay all my pimples leave a red mark when they leave? Scar right? But one day I cut my forehead (purposely) when I was frustrated with everything (stupid I know). And that cut didnt leave a scar but my pimples do? Why is that?

It's possible that the bacterial buildup of the pimple is what is responsible for the scar as it makes your tissue more vulnerable to scarring. Cuts are superficial and are inflicted externally.
