Well I'm 17, not the slimmest guy... about 260lbs. I lift weights every other day for about 30mins or so. I have had facial redness since I was in middle school, now being a senior in high school. Just wondering if it looks to be rosacea or am I just one of those people who get that red skin? It stays red like this 24/7... it will worsen when I am outdoors for awhile. I live in Florida so it is hot and humid, and I spend alot of time outdoors... I do the whole ATV thing. Just looking for some advice or insight. Thanks guys.

Oh and I forgot to add that I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Wash. It is NOT oil based which is why I liked it, oil based products seemed to never help. This atleast control the acne on my face, but my chin/nose seem to be the problem areas that won't go away.

That looks like it could be. I would get it diagnosed by a derm. In the meantime, try to stay cool, drink a lot water, etc. I'm probably not much of a help because I get bad flushing too

I have been looking into seeing a dermatologist for the acne on my chin, I have those little white dots that don't irritate like a normal whitehead... they are just "there" lol. I use Aloe on my face alot when I feel it get warm, it cools the skin down immensely but the redness just does not want to go away.

There is a facial disease called Keratosis Pilaris that oftentimes results in the "slapped cheeks" appearance and tiny bumps. Your skin looks pretty smooth to me, though, so it could be Rosacea. I'd ask your derm about it. All the best.
