Could this be the reason why my face goes red from time to time? It gets ugly red (spots, not constant redness) and then eventually turn into some bumps that i dont think are pimples.

But either way... that's the only reason im thinking is causing my red spots.

No they're not from past pimples (i made sure)...

A lot of dirt flies around.. grass clippin, dirt, sand, etc etc..

Any idea?

Are the bumps itchy? Do they concentrate on your hairline or forehead? Do they not seem to respond to bp or other acne treatments? Do you also have dandruff?

I'm afraid I don't know if getting dirt on your face can cause acne though. I hope you figure out what you have!
