well sadly the picture isnt of a very good quailty from the pics it looks like your face is next to a natural colour (not saying this is the case) but if there is any reddness there it looks more like it wil have been caused by acne... unless you have used chemical peels on your face as this can cause long term redness, your skin is a near enough one tone all over (excluding a few red marks you have and the active acne) so you can also count out hyperpigmentation

as for treatments this is a hard area to give advice on as everyone who has redness finds different things work some even make things worse..... as such there are no treatments for the redness you have there is only time... the treatments available only mask the redness sort of like make up would.....

some possible treatments ive used

egg whites and lemon juice (worked ok)
emu oil (worked real well but after a few months caused me to break out with 5 cysts, so i had to stop using it, although i belive i just broke out becuase i was applying it too thick)
clinique's redness soluctions (works the best but is expensive)
aloe vera (99.9% pure) (has not realy helped my redness but works well as a mositeriser)
green tea (drinking and applying tropically, works fairly well, still doing this one but it doesnt fully get rid of redness at least not mine, but mine is much more sever)
different clensers (had no effect)
stop using bp (helped my redness but did not get rid of it all)
ACV (apple cider vinigar) (made my skin all soft but didnt do anything for redness)

all of the treatments take about a month to work excluding clinique's which is instant and are to be done bi daily or daily to reduce redness

i beleave there are also several skin bleaching treatments around these are also daily things but can be very damaging to your skin... making it red for the rest of your life

the best and most effective treatment is lasers... this treatment is very expensive but lasts several months, most people have to have the treatments every 4 months, this type of treatment is used as a soluction for rosacea, acne, hyperpigmentations

That looks like acne and maybe a chemical burn in one area to me. Rosacea would be a flush across your nose, cheeks, forehead, or all of them, usually combined with flushing throughout the day. Your skin looks like a normal color. What have you been applying to your face to cause a chemical burn?

It could really be any of those. I'd hold back on those products to reduce irritation.

I would use the BP and AHA on alternating days. If your skin is doing well, then try to go a day or two without putting anything on it - just wash and moisturize. That might help.
