I started to have facial redness since 12 months ago.
Im 18 years old.
I got bad days or bad bad days.

My face got this butterfly cheek redness, but my forehead and mouth area are fine.
somethings it rashes, swells and bleeds slightly, but it is kind of smooth.
Its constantly Super Dry, very thin, Dull looking and flaky.
I moisture 4 - 5 times a day.
Wash face only at night.

10 months ago, my doc say its no way is rosecea and presribe me with Advantan cream for face.
For 3 months it works, but after i stopped using it which i should have 2 months ago (its a med-stronge topical), Redness came back with full force.

For last 4 months i only use ceptahil cleaser and cream and hope it would heal itself.
I also watch my diet (no eggs, dairy, process food) and take supplements.

But still not much improvements...
I was thinking could this be an allergy of some kind?
Food allergy or skin allergy?
Could allergy last for 12 months. (maybe was exposed to this substance constantly?)
I also use hairspray, got i be allergy to it?

I know im not the only one out there.......`````
Anyone who had experience this?? confused.gif

Thankkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkssssssssssssssssssss for anyyyyyyy thoughts ...... smile.gif !!!

i have the exact same skin condition its mostly really dry and red
but fairly smooth. i'm actually going to see a reflexologist
soon which can determine what you are allergic to.
