I posted a week or two ago about a problem with rashes...

I went to a new derm and she recommended dead sea salt water and a mixture of tar for night time application...I haven't seen any improvement in my rashes and in fact they've grown and on my right side for example, it covers most of my cheek area...When I apply moisturizer it seems to encourage it to spread and grow..Why is that? Anybody else experience something like this; applying moisturizer encourages the rash?
