not sure this is the right forum. my little sister is 9 years old and in the past few months the area around her eyes have turned white. its now spreading. one possible cause is fungus but nobody really knows. she is seeing a derm and my uncle is a doctor. we have tried anti fungal cream, moisturizers, anything that even has a chance of helping. nothing does though. i cant stand hearing things like "what happened to your face" shes F****** 9 years old. any suggestions , throw me anything youve got i cant take this.

sorry i didnt see your post earlier, but it seems another poster explained it to you.
i suffer from this too (vitiligo and acne, great combination)
there are different theories.. one says its auto immune, that the immune system attacks its own pigment, and the other says it may be fungal.
