I know its early, and i know these things take time to work, but, my red marks are at the point of actually fading and i just cant afford having moderate to severe acne and further scarring

I truly understand that you're frustrated but it does unfortunately takes time & most of all patience. My son has been on differin for 13 weeks now & his face is clear & smooth, really. We are all amazed. He had the dreaded "initial breakout" between 4-6 then all of a sudden things started to clear at a fast rate. Grey skies are gonna clear up Guitar Man, really they will.

If your problems are due to dryness you need to moisturize. Side effects are much lessened with proper moisturization.

You are going through the dreaded initial breakout that will go away if you keep on using Differin. I had a really bad breakout from 4-6 weeks (cysts) and it got much much better.
