I'm going to be testing Acne Free in 3 days (http://www.acnefreein3days.com/) after I found a link to download the ebook (for free). If this does give me benefits, I will buy the actual ebook from his site (for the $30 or what ever he wants .. it would be the least I could do). And if it doesn't work, well then nothing is lost.

First off, I don't believe it's possible to clear my acne in 3 days. I'm not that naive. But I believe there might be merits in his claims. In a nutshell he recommends a diet consisting of only apples! for 3 days.

My acne personally is not very inflamed, but I would consider it severe. I've tried pretty much every thing on the market (with the exception of Accutane). Nothing really helped, lots made it worse. For reference, I'm 17 -- and had acne the last 3 or 4 years.

And I will not be posting photos, as I'm too self conscious (Isn't that sad? I'm too self conscious to post photos of the face I need to use every day)

After the three days of apple fasting, I will consider something more long term. Wish me luck!

Progress Summary: (for lazy people that don't want to read every reply I make)
12 hours -- obviously no differences. But I'm extremely hungry. Every food looks so tempting. Apples suck.

12 hours in:

I'm just extremely hungry, and desperately want to eat something other than apples. I tend to get new acne over night. So we'll see how that goes (i haven't yet slept). I'm not expecting anything yet. But I got to post. I'm soo hungry, and I've eaten about 13 apples today (And I don't think my stomach is going to thank me for that!)

My skin is a bit flakey, but that is because I stopped using a lot of chemical defoliants - and my skin must compensate by shedding quickly. Other than that, I can say I see no difference in my skin. I've stopped being so hungry (my body must know that I'll just give it apples). I've also lost 2.5kg since I started, but this is just all the crap the apples pushed out. Hopefully my weight will now stabilize.

Noooooo. I cracked sad.gif

Family was having a family dinner, and I couldn't be like "Actually, I'm eating nothing but apples.". So I had a pork ribs and corn on a cob. Nothing too bad, but I bet the rib sauce undid my 36 hours of torture. :/

Anyway, all hope isn't lost. I'm going to continue on this apple diet longer. I figured I needed the protein anyway (I play football).

For anyone that's reading this. Acne free in 3 days is a scam, for all intents and purposes. (but it seems to help, actually)

I'm trying a new approach "Wai Diet" -- look it up.

In their bulletin boards, they have a massive success rate (>90%). And they don't want anything (the book is available free). The theory is that acne is caused by (deep) skin sweeling, which blocks off the pores. Which makes it ideal for bacteria etc.

They say the deep skin swelling is from "dirty protein". So they have a "sample diet", which is 2 weeks with ZERO of that stuff. (i.e. just fresh fruit and some other stuff).

For what it's worth, it's the first time I've believed I've solved the mystery of acne. I'll reply in a couple weeks, and tell you what I think. But check it out yourself. Did I mention, they never want a penny or even sell anything?
