My cheeks are constantly flushed, especially after I wash my face, exercise, and am embarrassed (etc.).

I've been using 10% benzoyl peroxide the past week, but it hasn't made my face sting or burn, it just normally feels tight until I wash it the next day.

Anyway, could this be rosacea?

well everyone flushs after exercise thats normal
from my personal experince when i started using a new cleaner more acne prone parts of my face (so my cheeks) looked very red for the first few weeks.
did this start happening after you started using the 10% bp as it sounds like its that casuing it alot of people find stong bp causes constant redness where its been applied.
