neostrata has a product called smoothing lotion or cream, level 3 is 10% i believe. it's quite expensive though (around $30) and is apparently very well formulated.
neutrogena has healthy skin lotion night. but i believe is 8% glycolic and is around $10.
both go on sale somewhat frequently.
