I use this, the oily skin combo version and I like it. It got a bad rating on cosmetics cop mainly because the sunscreen gives a white cast to the skin. Since I'm so red, it makes my skin look less red, and I like it. I also haven't burnt with it yet, or broken out.

I use Olay Complete Defense Daily UV Moisturizer SPF 30. I think this is the same product as you are referring to, only with a higher spf.
I have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin and I have never broken out from using this product. I also have eczema and this has never burned or hurt my face when putting it on.
The sensitive version has 6% zinc oxide so it does give your face an initial whitish cast. However, the whitish cast seems to disappear a few minutes after you rub it in, so overall its a really good product.

I have skin like yours and used the SPF 15 for years with no problems. I did not notice my skin getting a whitish cast to it, but I have pale skin to start with so that might be the reason.

I use the Olay Complete SPF 15 Lotion for sensitive skin. the difference between the Sensitive vs. Oily/combo AND normal versions of this product is that the oily & normal versions contain fragrance and has no aloe whereas the Sensitive does have aloe and has no fragrance. if you go to the olay site and find the complete line you can see for yourself! although they may have the concentrations of each ingredient different, all of the other ingredients are the same.
I was using Aveeno Ultra Calming moisturizer with SPF 15 for a while because I had nothing better, but it was making me break out and also didn't keep my skin moisturized at my retail job (I had to reapply every half hour until I had a thick layer! Otherwise dry weird skin would come through). I thought it was just my skin being stupid and Aveeno should work because my derm recommended it to me.
Then I found my Olay face lotion and my face was so much better and moisturized. My extreme redness has gone down overall (I was irritated a bit with Aveeno, not too much though) because this lotion is so gentle. Just make sure to blot and then reapply if you get very oily/sweaty. When I initially put it on, I put one layer, wait 15-20 minutes for it to sink in, and then I apply more to areas on my face which are especially vulnerable to burning. I do not usually (even with Finacea) have to reapply my lotion during my job. After I get done at my job, I apply a bit more before I go outside (my job = 8 hours inside, but I don't reapply then so I put on more before I leave the store). My skin is somewhat oily (esp forehead), but not oil slick oily.
Sorry for the long thing!
hopefully it's working out for you now.

haha thankyou, It is working, I love the sensitive version. Its got to be the best moisturizer ive ever used. Ive never broken out with it, and im always protected from the sun. It also gives you that nice smooth skin feel afterwards. I love it

I liked the sensitive skin version a lot when I wasn't on any topical medication, but on retin-a now it makes my face too shiny.

I've used it for like 2 years. I love it. It has always got the job done for me. Although, I don't have oily skin. I have to worry about over-drying cleansers/topicals. But yeah, I love it. The Moisturizing beauty fluid keeps you hydrated better but doesn't provide the SPF.
