From my experience yes. Time beats everything. All my scars have disappeared and it is because I let my skin heal naturally for the most part.

Awesome! Thank you. My scars are new, ive only had them for about 6 months, but man once you get a few you start seeing so many more. Now its like I cant get a pimple without it leaving a hole.
Anyways, I stopped doing anything and everything to my skin and it has improved so much. I just wanted to see if anyones scars went away on their own.
Did you have little holes? those tyoes of scars? or redmarks?

i'm scared shitless of scars. i can't tell if i have any since the zits aren't that old, but i'm scared SHITLESS that they'll be there forever.
I wouldnt do any peels or micro then! Leave that top layer of your skin alone. good luck!

Dont do chemical peels!! Please!! You will just get more scars. Trust me, thats how I got al my scars. When u keep taking away layers and layers of skin from your face, your skin looses its ability to heal itself and that why a pimples sticks around so much longer than it used to and thats also why u are left with a scar when before you would break out and you wouldnt have anything after it was gone. I wish I had known all of this before and I probably woudnt have scars now.
Really even these peels will cause more scarring?

Skin culture USA is just a chemical peel with huge hype built around it. SkincultureUSA pays people like 25% per sale, so tons of people are promoting it and giving it fake positive reviews.
I think the general consensus is it's the exact same thing as cheaper peels. Anyway, skincultureusa features Chris Gibson, who wrote the e-book "acne free in 3 days", so I think these products go under the same category (money-sucking products that don't deliver).
My scarring has slowly evened out (not disappeared) with peels from here. http://stores.ebay.com/The-Original-Skin-Store. The guy is really nice; talk to him.
As for the question of if deep scars heal over time, I can tell you yes, and no. I had acne scars on one part of my skin since I was 14, and I can say over the 5 years it has reduced to miniature "craters'. At least 70% improvement. But, I didn't do nothing. I messed with that skin a lot, chemical peels and other cheap methods.
Chemical peels when performed correctly don't give additional scarring.. don't know what you're using..
No, chemical peels dont give additional scarring, acne does. But the peels contribute to the scarring. You are taking those protective layers off with the peels, so when you get a pimple it will take FOREVER to go away and it will leave a scar. If those layers had been there, the pimple would take maybe a week to heal and would only leave a small mark. You see?
LOL ! Thats ok . I enjoyed your post.

It probably will! I would just leave your face alone. Dont do anything to it, you will be gratefull that you didnt touch it once your acne is gone. I feel that if I hadnt touched it and hadnt gotten all those treatments I wouldnt have the scar that I had now.

Yeah, dude you should be. As a precaution anyway. My pimples were relatively moderate for a number of years and I never really cared about them as I figured the body and skin were resilient and would heal up just fine to give me perfectly nice skin if I waited it out. But I had a few bad pimples/cysts/abscesses occasionally and I think those wreak havoc on the underlying tissue structure. Even the less serious ones can leave small ice picks all over. I wish I had just stopped all that shit in its tracks before it could inflict any long lasting damage.
Bottom line, scarring is a real bitch. Pimples suck and kind of hurt and are gross, but if you bombard them with enough treatments they will generally respond. The aftereffects are the big problem as they are not very responsive. OP, if you don't notice some degree of change in a year or two it's not likely things will change on their own by giving them more time than that. I mean by the time we are geezers our skin is wrinkly and saggy and you can't tell who the hell used to have nice or ugly skin, but who wants to wait that long.

So y u think skin culture just overprices their peels because of chris gibson's publicity?
Because I am really confident they will work but does the Original Skin Store sell the same peels for the same price? Did u look into Skin Culture 4000 peel?
Is it just a scheme to pay a lot more for a simpler peel that would b just as effective?
I wonder if anybody here has used these peels and if they worked.........
hmmmm
So wat do u think?
Speak on it.

I'm starting accutane next month to make sure there's no more acne. But I will have to wait a year or so after that before I could have the surgery done. I've never considered myself vain and would have definitely not have surgery done for cosmetic purposes, but like someone said in an earlier post, scars are not just a cosmetic thing, it's really a dehabilitating problem.
The scars are on my mind 24/7, and I don't ever want to leave the house unless I have to, (i.e., work, church). I hate it so much, it gets me so down. *sigh* It's nice to know I'm not alone.

I used SA for a few years (which I know is way less harsh than Chemical Peels) and my scarring got terribly worse and is permanent.
You are taking off layers of the skin and revealing what is underneath and damaged due to past acne.
I wish I would have never used SA (BHA). It sucks....real bad.
Now I am stuck (at age 43) with mild/occasional moderate acne and cannot have any treatments done for scarring since I still have acne. When I was in my 20's-mid 30's you could hardly tell I had scarring. Yes, it was apparent, but I at least could deal with it, now I can't.
