Facial Redness

Okay so I'm a teen and I have acne on my face as well as redness on the T section of my face just like this person:

I found this image from another post in this section of the forum.
Since I am a teen, is this considered acne? Or is it something else like rosacea or facial flushing. I really would like to know because I consider this acne? I guess? And I use benzoyl peroxide on my face to try and treat this. Am I completely wrong? can someone please tell me/explain to me this problem so I can treat it ASAP with something else? Because the benzoyl peroxide isn't really working and I've been using it since February and I've seen no good results. What should I do?
