Next: cashews, then a simple salad of organic lettuce and carrots with some sugar-free dressing.
For lunch I fried some swordfish (yea I just picked it up randomly from the store) with some streamed carrots and green beans. It was weird, I was hyper after the meal (although it was probably my Red Bull I had then)

Hey there iPod!
Hmm, I LOVE cashews, but unfortunately where I went grocery shopping last night, they only carry cashews which have been roasted in vegetable oil, so I skipped out and bought other nuts listed above.
That's awesome you tried swordfish today, what did it taste like? Was it tasty?

They are my new addiction. I bought a container of them and went through it in 24 hours!
Didn't taste that different from normal fish. I fried it in an excessive amount of olive oil so it was drenched, and added plenty of salt 'n' pepper. You should try it sometime!
BTW your salad looks wicked! Strawberries and onions?! You're brave

I desperately need to start eating more fish, it's almost pathetic that I haven't had any in so long.
And about my salad: Thanks! It truely is incredible how GREAT it tastes, it's almost like a dessert. I find the more I satisfy myself with this salad, the less I get cravings for junk. (For example, my parents are ordering pizza tonight - I'm not even slightly inclined to give in for some reason!)
Oh, and I know the mixture of stuff sounds weird, but when you taste it, it tastes so well together!

Hate to be a nitpicker, but you shouldn't cook with olive oil, or any other oil that contains mostly unsaturated fat. They quickly go rancid when heated and not only do you lose the health benefits but this also causes some effects detrimental to health. I would use coconut oil or butter next time.
Good thread idea, So Cold. I will try and participate in it sometime.

@Healthoid: I didn't know you were eating bananas, I thought you'd always avoided them, and potatoes because they are starchy. How is it affecting you as a strong protein type? Also, I've go to your website daily, I can't wait for you to finish your Real Acne Cure book.
As for me - I'm eating the exact same thing as yesterday
I'm thinking I'm going to go to the store and buy some fresh salmon today.
Keep 'em coming guys!

Yeah I normally avoid bananas and potatoes because they are too starchy. My metabolism can actually handle the carbs fine these days, but...the starch is not so good for my digestion. I probably won't be eating too much of that stuff again, back to non-starchy vegetables and fruits for me
The book is coming along....real life is getting in the way a bit, but I am getting back on track
