Hi i found this site like 1.5 years ago, i thought it amazing this site seemed to offer me the hope that if i follow through with Dan's regime i could achieve clear skin.

So i followed the regime exactly as i saw Dan doing, 2 months passed and i guessed i was seeing some results so i continued, my skin stopped getting better from there but Dan seemed so confident that if i just stuck it out it would work so i continued to 4 months which was just an absolute nightmare....

It was too late at the 4 month mark, i hadn't consulted a doctor or booked an appointment with a derm like i should have, instead i put all my trust into the regime and it failed me epicly. It would be months before i saw a derm, because of the huge waiting list.

I know it's helped alot of people but if i had known that some acne needed actual prescription medication to get any result i would have been on accutane alot earlier, then i would have had a chance to save my skin, but i have scars forever now.

Anyway for people with severe acne most just don't know that they HAVE to see a derm, just like me i thought i could solve the problem on my own.

I'm so sorry that the regimen didn't work for you. While it works for many people, it doesn't work for everyone. Dan emphasizes that it is most effective for mild to moderate acne problems; those with severe acne issues are encouraged to visit a derm.

Seeing a derm, unfortunately, is not always effective right away either. Many times, we are forced to try many things before we find an effective method. Sometimes, the scars form through that process as well.

Um, BP could be called a "perscription medicene" because you can get it on perscription. Yes, you can get it in stores and chemists too, so maybe it doesn't count or something, but when I went to my doctor, I got BP perscribed. Which seems to imply that it's a perscription medication. Which would imply that it works, seeing as "some acne needed actual prescription medication to get any result". And usually, it does work.
