If it's red, flaky and itching, it should be eczema. I suppose rosacea shouldn't itch. Is it correct?

Could be. I have this too, on my laugh lines, chin and a spot on my forehead. I have a prescritpion from the dr. for a cortisone cream. I just use a tiny bit of it when I need it. Usually goes away within a day or two. Elf
