Finally after 10 years with acne, I am 100% clear with diet! Regimen included.

My skin starting clearing a lot after going gluten free, eating more olive oil, and other changes. I hadn't taken fish oils in almost 6 months to save money. Then I started cod liver oil for a few weeks, and my skin got progressively more itchy and bumpy, almost like hives on my cheeks and jawline. I stopped, and now it's better again.
Since i know how healthy fish oil is for you, I might try fish oil (not cod liver) after my skin is completely clear and see how I react. Also, I hear that people have fewer reactions to salmon oil, so I might try that.
Overall though, this regimen makes a lot sense. Just be conscious about the fish oils, or any new supplement you start taking regularly.

The other thing is I did stop the olive oil probably around 2 weeks ago, because I suspected I might be mildly allergic, as I tried using it topically and it made my face itch like crazy.
So right now I'm thinking of waiting it out a week, trying to get more sleep (it's exam study season so my schedules been all messed up which might have something to do with this) - my question is - if my skin doesn't settle down soon, should I try going back to olive oil first or back to soy milk (or almond milk)? I don't want to do both at once again because then I'll never figure it out

Also, do you think these vitamins and probiotics seem ok.

At least in the beginning pages of this topic, people seemed to be focusing on the supplements & the correct amounts. I suspect however, that the MOST important part of Romeo's regimen is the last line: "Omit Dairy! Way too many hormones"
Last spring I omitted dairy from my diet for a month and my skin definitely started having a different "feel" to it (not necessarily better acne-wise). But back then I did not link the two things and since I really like dairy-products, I went back. Now, three weeks ago I said good bye to dairy again and this time I'm not gonna give up. For various reasons I am almost certain that this is the key! Already feeling the change coming on...
Sufficient oils are also important, I believe, but zero milk - makes the difference! I suppose in a couple of months I will see if this is true.
