So I have to go to the derm next friday and I really want her to do something about my flushing now. I'm still wondering if it is rosacea or just flushing. I'm on accutane for 4 months now, but I began having these flushing problems before I went on accutane, I was using doxycycline then (can doxy cause flushing?). It's really beginning to bother me. When I wake up I'm pretty pale, sometimes a bit rosy, and from about 1 pm I'm just waiting to get my first flush, I have them a few times a day. Sometimes my whole face is red and burning hot and sometimes just an area of my cheek is hot and burning and tinteling (is that rosacea?). It looks really weird. So I will ask my derm friday if she is sure I don't have rosacea and else I want some medication against the flushing. Can someone give me a few names I can drop? I heard about clonidine, propanolol and nadolol? Someone here uses those or haves better medication against flushing (can't do laser treatments right now). And then my last question, if I have rosacea, what kind of medication will I get for that? Is it treatable?

Comments very welcome!
