Hi guys.
I used to have acne although after a course of Accutane it fairly much disappeared.
My major problem now is facial redness. My cheeks are quite red and get worse after exercising etc.
Its fairly much the same as the redness shown in this picture of Prince Harry.

Is there anything I can do for it ?
BTW, would this be considered Rosacea and would there be any point in me going back to me derm ?

well this post is kinda over a month old but il post incase you still check for answers or something...
all people go red after they exercise thats normaly... for your regual skin redness i found that emu oil realy helped me to a high extent probly reduced the redness by around 50% after a month,
also you may want to look into toning products (not as in sun tan suff) or search on this site for homemade or reconnmended toning products as alot of people ease there redness in this way

Thanks for the advice.
Is what I have Rosacea or is it just my normal facial tone ?
I'll check out that Emu Oil and Toner. Would the Emu Oil have to be applied every day ?

emu oil and toners have to be applied morning and night and normaly takes about a week to see an effect, other than your skin becoming real soft
as for if you have rosacea you should check out http://www.acne.org/messageboard/Rosacea-I...ns-t152871.html as it lists the symtoms of the rosacea, if you have several of them then you may have it but if its like the pic you posted of prince harry then it is only mild rosacea. if you think you may have it then you should get an appointment with your gp or a derm as they will be able to diagnose you.
even if you do have rosacea emu oil and toners will help hide the reddness but wont be able to get rid of it compleatly.

i know what you mean, after exercise it's not just the usual flushed red face from physical exertion, its like the skin is i dunno, burnt/irritated.
I just thought maybe with all the accutane the face isn't so healthy, maybe it's lacking vitamins and minerals and whatever because of the course. So I've been eating really healthy for about 3 weeks now, and it's definitely getting better and the overall tone and complextion is getting much better
