Please do not vote if you have not used DIM for three weeks.

Hopefully this Poll will let us see how DIM affects the majority of the population. smile.gif

Nice poll. I'm going to wait a while and keep seeing how it works. I'm not sure if its the DIM or the taurine or a combination or the fact that maybe I'm just in a lull because my acne has phases where its okay and then bad.

DIM, Taurine, Calcium D-Glucarate. I have been taking that combo and something is helping significantly. I am waiting/testing to see exactly which one or combo it is, then I will vote.

I have been clear for two weeks now and have been taking DIM for around three weeks. But it is getting extremely difficult for me to pinpoint what exactly is working for me. Along with DIM, I am taking a small dose of antibiotics (oxytertracycline) and my regime of Diacneal plus GA 15% is helping me a lot.

good thinking on the poll!I put slight improvement, in the beginning the results were really ovbious and this was in the first week. then it seemed to go back to normal. been using it for almost a month now. ive just started the skinculture peel to help with red marks/scars which il make a thread about soon, i just felt i wanted a fresh start. maybe there should also be an option on this poll for a initial improvement with DIM and then back to normal, judging from quite a few of the posts on the dim thread that seems to be quite common.

Dotty,

Maybe you should link this poll to your main post under your DIM thread so that more people will see it and vote? It would be interesting to see the results! smile.gif

Voted slightly worse because all though I did not break out, my skin became more oily. I took it for two weeks and discontinued use after noticing the increase in oil and some hot flashes.

Thanks for the bump, I am pretty curious as well to see what kind of results people have been getting. I have been on DIM for a little over 2 weeks and feel its too soon to make any confident judgment.
