Hey guys,
I ordered the new starter kit on the 23rd of February and I still have not received it. I got a confirmation email saying that the parcel was shipped through first class mail on the 25th (2 days after.)
It's been 9 business days and I still haven't gotten anything.
I was wondering if this is normal or if I should contact them.
How long does it take for you guys to receive your orders?

yea my bp did that ..it came from california then to some place in michigan then it crossed the border then it went back to the usa then it went to windsor again then came to toronto
it was REALLY weird and inefficient but i got it
it took like 9 days or something like that.
