What DIM are you using, DIM Plus from Natures Way or another one, and in what length of time did you see changes.

Give it time!! Five days is NOTHING in the grand scheme of things. I would give it at least two weeks before getting discouraged.

I have the nature's way one. I saw them within the first 2-3 days, they were dramatic.

So, I've been using Clinique's clarifying skin makeup since January. However, it has given me SEVERELY dry skin..I mean, we're talking like my skin would crack open if I smiled...ouch!
I hope DIM works...
Oh, I've also gone to the dermatologist and been on an antibiotic, used differin, and clindomycin (sp?)...no results

An authoratative scientific website regarding DIM is the Diindolylmethane Information Resource Center at UC Berkeley:
Diindolylmethane (DIM) Information Resource Center
The most efficacious DIM supplement in the market today that delivers the most bioavailable form of DIM along with other nutrients designed to enhance the effect of DIM is the one formulated by the original discoverers of DIM at UC Berkeley and it is called ActivaMune.
ActivaMune Diindolylmethane (DIM) Immune Support Formula
This is the formulation that is most used and recommended by dermatologists and it is the formulation that has the patents from UC Berkeley regarding DIM licensed by its manufacturer.
I hope that you find this information to be helpful.

things are looking great so far, my skin is 90% less oily then usual (i usualy have to remove the oil a couple times while at work) i havn't had a single new zit, and the ones i had are fading fast. Even my chest acne is starting to dissapate which is like unheard of because it seems like it hasn't changed for like a year. I must also mention then ive been exfoliating with bha aswell so that could also be contributing. The other thing im taking is nutrasea fish liver oil 2 tsp daily but ive been doing that for some time now. The first day my brain felt a little strange, maybe it was all in my head but it felt a little diffrent and i think i have been less agrovated latley aswell. Anyways, so far so good, i'll update in a couple more days, but i just want to say im very pleased with the resaults so far.
I'm 21 male taking natures way DIM - plus 1 pill 2x daily with meal.
