This is my new diet log. I am eliminating gluten, sugar (except when naturally occuring in fruit) and dairy completely and SIGNIFICANTLY reducing my wheat and carbohydrate intake (hoping to eventually get rid of wheat altogether). I am eating more beneficial fruits, veggies and seafood, and continuing to not eat red meat.
The things i eat that i am trying to avoid/cut down on are highlighted in red
WF=wheat free
GF=gluten free
DF=dairy free
DAY 1
-Green smoothie (spinach, mango, strawberries)
-Homemade WF/GF organic felafel made with garbanzo flour, fried
-Homemade organic hummus (w/EVO) and fresh veggies (cucumber, red/green pepper)
-Homemade DF cucumber dill sauce with tahini
-Organic apple juice

DAY 2
-Unsweetened almond milk
-EVO sauteed balsamic veggies (eggplant, esparagus, onion, red pepper, zucchini, artichokes)
-Brown rice
-Blackened tuna with DF cucumber dill sauce
-Fresh Mango
***Not sure if tuna is bad for me or not, but i've heard it is not great for your skin. This is the first time i have EVER eaten tuna.

-2 Nature Valley pecan crunch granola bars
-Organic spinach linguine with artichokes and asparagus/zucchini pesto (EVO, garlic, chicken broth, pine nuts, onion, basil, parmesan cheese)
-Organic apple juice
-Organic unsweetened almond milk

*i was really bad today...i know, my own fault totally
DAY 5
-1 organic DF bluberry waffle
-Green bean salad
-2 cheese sandwiches with tomato and lettuce
-Potato salad
-Scallops, shrimp, broccoli, wild rice, cheese biscuits
-CANDY
-Organic granola with almonds and soy milk
i have not eaten a single piece of candy for a week until DAY 5- i didn't even eat as much as i used to in one sitting and i made myself sick...almost puked
today was really bad...i felt like if i was going to have a bad day, might as well get everything out of my system at once
