Can you get a pimple on the thigh? I have one on my right thigh. It looks really red and inflamed like a cystic pimple. Is it possible to get a pimple on the thigh or is it something else?

i guess it could be a pimple? but i think that it would more likely be an inflamed ingrown hair on your thigh... i get those sometimes, just from shaving...

You wearing short shorts or something?! Just leave it alone and it should go away on its own. I have gotten ingrown hairs on my inner thigh as well befor.. But im not a woman.. lol

lol Id agree it could be an ingrown hair except I dont shave my thighs. I only shave my calves.

hahaha That would be insanity! I do not wear shorts here in the bay area of California. Plus my legs are big and not attractive enough to wear shorts

I get cystic acne on my thighs (and ingrown hairs, not always even from shaving). Maybe ice it and apply your clenia to it? Mine last a long time and can get quite painful, but I've never figured out much to help them. They also turn purple, when no acne on other parts of my body turn purple. Weird.

It could be an inflamed ingrown hair. I know you said you don't shave there, but sometimes you can just get ingrown hairs from clothes rubbing against your skin. I've gotten them before, albeit rarely, but it still happens every now and then. I'm usually too impatient and just dig the hair out with a needle though. :< However, since you really aren't sure what it is, I wouldn't advise picking at it! Hope it goes away though regardless.

Yes it happens At least you can hide zits on your thighs?!

I had a cyst on the side/rear of my upper thigh (check my regimen log) I applied BP every night and morning until it went away

i just signed up because of this post so i could tell you this!!
i'm not even joking here, i recently learned that there's a superbug that starts with a pimple-like cyst (in the one guy's case it was also on the thigh) he ended up almost having to be amputated.
please, don't joke around!! go to the doctor as soon as you can especially if you are feeling flu-like!

Its already gone and I dont feel flu like =/
