Hi Ive been on the regimen for 10 months now and ive ordered BP since last April.

Tonight I tried to log in to my account and it was saying that my account doesn't exist.

I checked the email address and password and everything, it didn't work.

Maybe it is deleted b/c i hadn't logged in for 4 months ?

I am not talking about message forum account. I am talking about the ordering account.

Can anybody explain what happened ?

Your account wasn't deleted. There is now a new shopping cart. All accounts will need to be recreated.
