breakfast: none
lunch: biigg salad consisting of romaine, chickpeas, red beans, cucumbers, black olives, salsa, steamed broccoli, apple, carrot sticks
dinner: i went to my boyfriends and he tries to eat pretty healthfully too so i got to eat a decent dinner of oatmeal with apples cooked in butter and cinnamon and a little brown sugar and another fresh apple
snack: a pear, half an ounce of almonds

lunch - tacos (6 oz beef, gluten free tortillas, salsa, romaine lettuce)
dinner - 3 lbs of chicken quarters with 1/2 cup brown rice + spinach, cauliflower and squash
post workout - 3 scoops whey isolate + almond milk
snack - more oatmeal and eggs

Dinner (Oh jeez here comes the list, aha
Snack: Strawberry yoCruch yogurt, Hershey's dark chocolate candy car.

Lunch = chicken salad sandwich thingy i bought in a shop
dinner = chicken curry and chips
snack = one packet of super noodles
Im pretty certain ill be lucky to reach 60 living like this.
better buck up my ideas.

For lunch I ate this chinese noodle dish from trader joes with vegetables and chicken
I also drink a lot of water throughout the day and around 3 oclock I had a cranberry sobe.
For dinner, I am having a very small personalized sized pizza also from trader joes with kalamate olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese, a juice squeeze and a tiny bit of coffee ice cream.

For dinner, I am having a very small personalized sized pizza also from trader joes with kalamate olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese, a juice squeeze and a tiny bit of coffee ice cream.
where is this trader joes you speak of? there is one near where i live!
i didnt know they were common things... but oh well
Breakfast- leftover pizza, 3 cupcakes, and jello
midmorning snack- 2 donuts (with jelly)
lunch- pizza again.
midafternoon snack- spagghetti and meetballs
Dinner- steaks and potatoes
midnight snack (now)- an apple to be healthy!

Lunch: Carrots
Dinner: 2 Hamburgers (Frozen Kind) with no bread or cheese just ketchup

Hard-boiled eggs with with eggplant-scallions sauce.
Stir-fried kale with cashew-butter dressing.
Fennel salad with balsamic vinegar
Lunch:
Tuna with sweet corn, diced carrots/zucchini/bell-peppers
sliced avocado/chives/tomatoes and lettuce.
Soup with adzuki and mushrooms
Snack:
frozen banana, cashew and milk sorbet
Dinner:
Quinoa with peas
Salad with orange-wallnut dressing
Shrimps with eggs and lemon sauce
Steamed cabbage with butter and sesame seeds
Snack:
Green Smoothie

-Breakfast: Green Smoothie
-2 Hours Later: Buckwheat groat cereal with dried cranberries, cinnamon, vanilla, raw honey and almond milk
-Lunch: I don't eat lunch
-Dinner: Omelet with onions, garlic, tomato, spinach, sea salt & pepper. I use organic free-range eggs! Half hour later I had coffee.
-Snack: Salmon on flax crackers; organic peppermint tea.
Today I'll probably have the rest of my omelet...after my green smoothie for breakfers.

2 Medium Oat pancakes (oats+eggs+cottage cheese+cinnamon+vanilla)
Mid Morning snack
Small bag of nuts & seeds
1 medium green apple
Lunch
Steak
Cauliflower
Jacket potato
Afternoon
Protein shake (whey protein isolate)
Tea
2 slices low gi seed bread with organic unsalted butter
2 slices of organic chicken breast
thin slice of unpasteurized cheese
tiny amount of organic whole mustard
Evening
Tuna ready meal (just the tuna and a few of the veg)
Pre bed
Spoon of honey (dangerous for me but danny said it's good m'kay)

4 coffees
2 litres water
2 chicken and coleslaw sandwiches on pumpkin seed bread
home made beef/carrots/beans curry with safron rice
3 beers
The last 2 days were better: I had steamed fish and vegies for dinner, salad for lunch and fruit for brekkie and snacks. Still had 3-4 coffees, 2-3 litres water and 3-4 beers.

Baked Sweet Potato slices w/ butter and cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa.
Later: Apple, some almonds
Lunch in restaurant:
Potato and mushroom soup
A chicken marsala type thing which was wrapped around spinach and peppers.
Dinner:
Ciopinni (fish and tomato-ey soup) from Whole foods
Spinach.
With various fruits and nuts throughout the day. Cherries, a few pumpkin seeds, probably a banana or kiwi at bedtime.

lunch - avocado blended with rocket, garlic, lemon juice served with tomatoes
mid aft snack - choc shake made with brazil nut milk, 2 bananas, vanilla pod and raw choc powder and 4 dates YUM
dinner tonight will be - cream of broccoli soup - broccoli, avocado, cucumber, lemon, garlic
I DO NOT COOK MY VEGGIES!

Lunch: Oven-baked fish with tomato, parsley, onion and olive oil. Had it with boiled broccoli and homemade salsa verdi.
Snack: salad with lentils, this time with Spanish ham and a hard-boiled egg added.
Dinner: The same fish, with a fresh salad.
Desert: Kefir yoghurt with strawberries and pumpkin seeds.
Tomorrow I´ll have some oven-baked vegetables and burgers, artichokes, and whatever I get inspired to do... On Sunday I´ll make some chicken soup.

Then I got home and had two eggs and some ham, umm, and fruit juice.
