What's a good way to get rid of the dry/flaky skin associated with tazorac. Is there a gentle exfoliator that anyone's managed to have success with? Any help will be great, thanks.

If you're experiencing flaking, you should first try to ease it with a moisturizer. Most people tend to be able to avoid having to exfoliate just by keeping their Tazorac-dry skin well-moisturized.
On the other hand, if you still feel like you need to exfoliate, I'm not really sure about which exfoliator is good, but when I was on Tazorac, I'd just really gently make circles with my fingertips while in the shower, and most of the dead skin would come off.
Good luck!

I am using moisturizer, but there's some skin that just won't come loose. It needs to be exfoliated but Im nervous to mess things up. Thanks

If you really feel like you need to exfoliate that off, then maybe you should ask your dermatologist (even just over the phone) for a good exfoliant.
I heard that choosing the wrong exfoliant (too abrasive) can really really ruin things when you're on a retinoid (especially, the most powerful Tazorac >.<).
I hope you find a good solution!
