I placed an order and chose the UPS Standard to Canada, I paid the shippment when I ordered already, right? Do I still needa pay to UPS when I got the order?

Unless there are customs to pay, no you don't need to pay anything else for UPS.

UPS Standard to Canada...i had some bad experiences with it.
i bought $225 worth of stuff from US and got them shipped by UPS Ground to Canada
and received a message saying "Please note that "most" countries impose duties/taxes and or brokerage fees beyond the cost of the merchandise and shipping already charged to you by Title. "
so i thought i didnt have to pay anything extra but ended up paying $75
i actually registered to ask about duties/taxes and/or brokerage fees
