mild rash on tummy with bactrim...

I noticed a mild rash on my stomach last night.... i am wondering if this will eventually just go away? Bactrim has been working so well to keep my face nice and clear... i don't want to stop using it if i don't need to. Will this rash only get worse? Sigh i hope not.
