I used to have moderate inflamed acne, but i've been on the DKR for a year now and on average i remain about 90-95% clear of any inflamed acne -- that's great. However, while the BP has taken care of my inflamed acne, it's done little for my non-inflamed whiteheads and blackheads -- if anything these have gotten worse.

Three or four months into the DKR, i tried neutrogena healthy skin moisturizer with AHA. That was a big mistake, what normally would be pustules and papules became deep cysts and nodules (i still have some red and dark marks from that).

Now a year into DKR, and as i said i'm usually 90% clear of any inflamed acne. The problem with my non-inflamed acne, is that every once and a while a white or black head will get irritated and become inflamed. So I want to try and incorporate some SA into the DKR. I don't know how i would use it, if it can be used along with BP at all (i have very sensitive skin, that took a long time getting used to BP, and didn't take well at all to AHA). Also, if i were to use SA seeing as how Dan's won't be out for another while should i try Paula's Choice?

Will this replace one application of BP per day (as Dan has done it in his regime)? Would there be an IB in the first few weeks? Does SA actually prevent comedonal acne -- and what does it do for existing comedones?

Any help with these details would be great.

Morning:

Dan's Cleanser
Dan's BP
Dan's Moisturizer

Night:

Dan's Cleanser w/ shave
Dan's BP
Dan's Moisturizer
Sudocrem on any inflammation if there is any
