I've been on Retin-a for 10 weeks now with little improvement. I'm mostly dealing with *extensive* clogged pores and blackheads (ie. every pore is clogged). Does Tazorac usually have much success with clogged pores?

Tazorac usually delivers the most noticeable results. The only downside is that as powerful as Tazorac is, it's the one that seems to cause the most irritation in comparison with the other two retinoids (Differin and Retin-A).

As with Tazorac, you should try it and see how your skin works with it. If you get too irritated, you can always switch back to Differin or Retin-A, but if your skin can tolerate it, I know people get amazing results (I also was the most clear while on Tazorac cream, but I ended up getting really bad redness).
