[Zitophobe]

I have adult cystic acne and have been using Duac for the past six months (in morning, Retin-A at night). It worked like a miracle, my skin was almost completely clear and I was sooo happy!

But now it seems to have suddenly stopped working and I'm breaking out horribly. Has this happened to anyone else?

I guessed I'd become immune to the antibiotic, but my derm has now replaced the Duac with clindamycin lotion....which is the same as in the duac (minus bp)!?......surely it wont make any difference?!

I've tried almost everything else, next step accutane reluctantly.
