It's baaaa-aaackk!!! About 4 days ago, I noticed a pimple forming right next to the corner of my mouth. So I just put some duac on it, like I normally do w/ zits, and thought it'd be gone in a few days....WRONG!!! It came to a super ugly head (no suprise there), but since it was bordering my lip, it was really pissing me off because a) it's even more noticeable because ppl look at your mouth more than, say, your cheek and b) because whenever I rub my lips together after putting on chapstick or something, I could feel it rubbing, too and c) putting concealer on it made me look like I had a chunck of something next to my mouth (gross). So finally I got fed up w/ it and popped it. Usually, that's the last of them, they might scar and leave a redmark for a while, but they are gone. Not this one, I went out shortly after popping it, and when I came back a few hours later, it was re-forming! So I let it come to a head again and didn't pop it. Two days later, it came to a head and this time dried up (or so I thought). When the scab thing came off, I put some duac on it and expected it to be gone for good. Now, hours later, it is forming AGAIN!!! Does anyone have a suggestion to end this madness
?! This thing is driving me insane!!!

what are you using to pop it. Dont use your fingers by themselves. Wrap your index fingers in paper towels. Thats what I do anyway. Ive been having a lot of pimples like this lately too and thats the only thing that prevents them from reforming again

yeah, I had been just using my fingers. I will definitely use a paper towel from now on though! anything to prevent this ugly thing from coming back! Thanks for the tip

Youre welcome! Let me know if the paper towel method works.
By the way, how long have you been on Yasmin? I got a lot of cystic pimples when I was on it.

yah... I HATE zits next to lips. I get self conscious because I feel like people may think its herpes. Haha.

I've been on it since...late July, I think. It seemed to clear me up quite a bit after the ib went away; that's wierd that it gave you cystic pimples. I think this is just a random ugly hormonal pimple. The rest of my face doesn't really have much active acne *knocks on wood*.

I KNOW!!! its especially annoying because I'm pretty careful not to share any drinks or anything with anyone who gets cold sores, so they definitely aren't herpes, but no one else knows that.
