Lately I have used a pincette to pull out blackheads, and I can pull out quite many every day, maybe 10-15. I don't know how good this is, I'm not good at noticeing any improvement in my skin. Anyone done this? Is it a good idea?

just keep the pincette clean and don't damage the skin surrounding the blackhead and you'll be fine.
