Hey, I'm James. I have pretty moderate acne, which, although it could be much worse, does depress me, especially when people ask me questions about it...

I was wondering if anyone's tried the BeautySkin red and blue light machine with tetracycline. I was prescribed tetracycline with adapalene gel. I've also been using the light machine too though and I've just read that tetracycline makes skin photosensitive. Could I be damaging my skin or am I on the right path?

i think it should be ok... just go easy on the light. no more than 15 mins day.

i use the lamp and i'm on 20mg of accutane, i've also used it while on other antibiotics.

good luck,

tim
