PLLLLEASSSE HELP

On the corners of my nose, where the outside of my nostrils meet my face, there are like white heat things...Im not sure what they are, all I know is there are like white blackheads and they grow out pretty far...its almost like dry skin but not...HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM! Ive tried, mint julep and it doesnt work...any help? pleeease

Invest in an acid that will clean out your pores. Lactic acid, Mandelic acid, Glycolic acid, a BHA (salicyllic acid)...
Use that for about a month every other night and they should be gone. Afterward, take special care in exfoliating more often, whether with an acid or a scrub, so that they don't become clogged again. And be sure to moisturize with a light, non-comedogenic facial lotion. Cetaphil is a good one.

Or you could get a facial.
