i'm currently taking minocycline for my face and back acne. how is doxy or bactrim different?

Doxicycline is in the same drug family as minocycline...they are both tetracycline drugs. Bactrim is a sulfa drug. A lot of derms use doxicycline or minocycline as their first choice when prescribing antibiotics for acne.
