How much cayenne was in there? I can't imagine drinking cayenne, wow! I'm so sensitive to spiciness! The worst is drinking something carbonated immediately after something really spicy! If that doesn't make you gag, nothing will! lol

So how's it going for you so far?

It seems to be going well, I'm well on my way to being clear. My diet for the past two months has been pretty good but like I said in another thread just when I drink and get hung over it hinders my progress. I plan to stop drinking entirely, seeing as my friends are all at uni now.

I use about 1/4 cup of water and a teaspoon of water and just try to down it as quickly as possible. Its not too bad and I'm getting used to it. Hopefully on the weekend I'll order some better quality cayenne as I'm not sure on the quality of the one I'm currently using.

Over all everything is going well.

Once I'm completely clear I'll post up my regimen. Its quite similar to most people. I've looked at all the success stories and taken bits out of it and created a regimen suitable for me. Every one here is so well informed, thanks all biggrin.gif

And one more thing does any one know where to get 1000 mg taurine in powder or capsule form in the UK, im having trouble finding any where reliable except for ebay lol.

Dunno if this is too late or not (been away for a friends Bday).

Taurine Powder

You could also buy caps & capping kits, but i just usually add 1/5 of a teaspoon to a bit of water and drink it bit by bit with my food.

No problems - if you haven't ordered already, look in the forums for a 5% discount code for your first order (i mean't to put that last night but forgot lol).

I've used them a lot, they are very good - and always try to get the best quality. The stuff comes in plain simple tubs, they have reasonable prices and they always seem to answer any questions i might have, and they don't seem to waste money on stupid advertising smile.gif.

Hey LivesInABox, how's your cayenne supplementation going?

I've dropped HCl totally and am taking 2.5g of cp spread over the day with food (supposedly it's a therapeutic dose level). Having really noticed anything yet, i was away for a few days and had a lot of junk and poor eating/nutrtion - which seems to have caused a couple of small spots. Will wait till everything settles and see how it's going. Haven't really noticed anything from the cayenne yet. Anythings i should look out for?

For me it made my skin feel more smooth and soft with less flakiness. Unless it was just a coincidence, but I don't think so. I also like the warming effect it seems to give a boost to my circulation smile.gif

Yesterday I went to Jack in the box and I felt like total crap all day sad.gif I wouldn't have ordinarily, but we were far from home, and I was starving. I'm hoping I don't have a break out from it, it made me feel so crappy all day.

Great thanks for LiliVG for all her threads and posts about all this diet and supplement thing!

And if anyone is taking Cayenne can you please tell me the name of the brand or ingredients, coz I can't find anything in my country in capsules that contain just Cayenne.

Well, I also see that many people here have low stomach acidity. I might too coz many symptoms point on it.

And if you leave low acidity alone it can cause whole bunch of problems up to gastric cancer. So with acne our body is trying to warn us that there are serious problems inside and you need to do something. Just need to listen and understand what it's trying to tell...

For those of you who have been taking Cayenne Pepper at meal times, have you noticed the safe effects as with the HCl supplements?
