hey guys

I am about to run out my first round of DKR. The first time I ordered DKR; I got hit by custom making my final bill to come out to be 87$ which was even more expensive than when I was using proactiv.

Anyhow, does DKR have a canadian distributor? Or is there some other way that I can get DKR without being hit by customs?

I'm in toronto, canada

Thanks for the help.

There isn't any store at the moment who sell his products.

I'm also trying to find a way around the duty taxes. I don't know if this will work, but from what I've heard, when you use a different shipping service other than UPS you shouldn't get charged.

The other options are a bit more expensive but in the end come to less that if you were to use UPS method with the duties.

yeah me too, i think the store should alert you if the shipping service will include customs or not. How much did your duty come to? Mine was 11.57, i live in mississauga. Why does the box say theres a request for refund of duties and taxes at the bottom? Am i supposed to get a refund?

I placed an order using First Class international, a few threads down I posted about it.
Anyways, using that method, the final total came out to be 58.71 CAD. But when it arrived, had to pay about $10 to the delivery guy (Canada Post)...I think it was tagged by customs, cuz there was some customs sticker attached to the box :S

Same here got hit with 10 dollars extra costs. Im in Toronto Btw .

These are not dutys just taxes on the item you purchased along with the 5$ flat rate for processing

So basically if you buy Dan's Starter Kit it is $34.02 USD. That is 40.81 CAD.

So for that 40.81$ you need to pay the standard 13% taxes which is applicable in all of Ontario.

Therfore 40.81*0.13+5(flat rate processing fee)=your total cost
10.35$=your total cost

So when the delivery man comes you will need to pay 10.35$ on TOP of all the money you spent smile.gif

About the refund you can only get it if you send back the items to Dan and provide proof of the items leaving Canada.

Hope I sheded some light on this for all of you who have been confused

I ordered 1 BP bottle and no customs. If you get the express shipping (most expensive of course), there's no customs charge. You may want to consider using a local mosturizer and cleanser as I found they are cheaper here then to order then from this site. then you can just get BP (which was still cheaper on this site) and not get hit by customs.
