Does it matter if I say apply it at like 11 pm, then go to sleep at 1 am
Or should I aim to apply it at like 1230 am then go to bed 30 minutes later
Or does it not even matter
Should differin be applied at nighttime in general?

I think all that matters is you stay out of sunlight. I could be wrong though.

Yup, it doesn't matter.
If you're experiencing irritation wait 20-30 minutes to apply it after washing your face, and at least 30 minutes after applying it before moisturizing. Differin makes you photosensitive so use a sunscreen during the day regardless, unless you want post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation to last longer.
