Ok...So I had moderate acne. I went on Doxy and it worked like a charm for about 7 months. I was completely clear. Then i started to break out again. So i went back to the derm. She put me on solodyn plus Yaz birth control because i told her i noticed i was breaking out mostly right before my period. It does help but i still break out right before my period. I still get minor break outs here and there. I never really have completely clear skin. So..... right now i have mild acne, i break out before my period it seems every month, and by the end of the day my skin is always oily. Plus... i don't know if this means anything but for about a week before i start my period i swear i am getting hot flashes or something. I get sooooo hot out of no where and then about a hour later I'm back to normal... but it goes on and on through out the day. This lasts for a week or two before and during my period?????....

Anyways so that is my situation right now. What medicine do you think would work best for me and help me get rid of break outs all together????

I am considering asking my derm. about Spiro and bactrim????? Anyone think this would be a good combo of meds. for me???? Or one or the other?
