Everytime I splash my nose with water it turns purple and parts of it become swollen plus iv got these two circular red marks on my nose which havn't disppeared. will try to take a picture.

Your descriptions are not very descriptive. Two circular red marks? You just defined the aftermath of pimples that every human being on earth has experienced/experiences...
Water making your nose change color and making it swell? That might be describing some disease but it might also be describing something very normal... it depends on the information you haven't provided!
