Im taking Centrum Advanced Formula which has:
2 MG b6 100DV
6mcg B12 100DV
But I haven't started a B complex yet. The Energy drinks I've been drinking have the same exact amounts of b6 and b12 so its essentially doubled.
MY daily intake is
4mg-b6
12 mcg-b12
Plus whatever is in the food I eat.

I was finding it hard to describe all the many ways that I'd come across that fructose influences nutritional depletion, and contributes to inflamation, taurine depletion, and hyper proliferation and excess androgens all at once, so I made a diagram. I feel better now..lol

Broke out a little bit from the holidays and birthday.
The holidays were rough for most of us. I got a couple pimples too after Christmas. Why does there have to be so much pressure to eat crap during the holidays?? lol

The major change in my diet since I have started has been the addition of
Red Bull
Tuna fish
When I had first started (The first 2 weeks) I had been drinking RedBull. I then started to try other energy drinks, Monster for one. However I believe that they did not help as much as the RedBull did. I have since switched back to RedBull exclusively.
You can visually see this change if you look at the 3rd+4th week then the 5th.
I have also been eating Tuna fish. I have always been told that seafood was great for you but it is often impractical. There is a Convenience store right up the street from me and every day after school I have been eating tuna subs.
I read on here that Dairy Products can cause breakouts. I also just cut dairy this week. I don't know if it is going to be forever but I am not eating it just to be safe. No chese on any sandwiches, No milk at lunch if your in school.
It may be hard for those of you that love it or don't like taking time to wash your face, take vitamins or whatever but I look at it differently now.
It is like practice or a job. You may not like it while your doing it, but the rewards that come later will outweigh it.

The word is spreading slowly - but LiliVG isn't getting the props she deserves - i still can't believe that her original thread hasn't been sticked!! It's an outrage
Great progress! I wouldn't change anything yet - give your body time to heal and carry on the improvement. I dropped dairy completely then added cheese & butter back in (but no milk, yoghurt or cream/ice cream). Hard cheese & butter have very little sugars in them, and i can eat a reasonable amount without any problems - so it might be worth giving those a go after a while.
Btw - how much fruit/processed food do you eat?
Well done
