Do these things actually work? How do they help you? What does it do exactly?

Unsure whether or not they work so I can't help you there. I can say that I've never used one and I don't have anymore blackheads.

Clay based masks are good in that they help soak up extra oil in your pores. Ish. I have the Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask, and I can actually see the oil from my pores once the mask has dried....like little dark pinpricks all over my nose. Because of this, they're also supposed to help dry up zits.

:shrug.gif: I like to use them once in a while, they make my face feel really soft, but they're definitely not something to use to TREAT acne.

the aspirin mask is by far the best mask to use.
it helps calm the skin.. clean the pores.. and reduce any swelling of some pimples.
if you want to further cleanse the skin after doing the aspirin mask
i suggest using jojoba oil after.
