I just started using retin-a about a week ago and I have noticed a good bit of redness and my skin is quite flaky. Is there a moisturizer or a toner that would help with the uneven skin tone?

I just started it, too, but using Complex 15 is helping. I'm going to try using Lac-Hydrin Five again while I'm wearing Duac, not Retin-A, to see if it calms down the flakes and itchiness for the whole day.
