ok so I get these tiny whiteheads which are clogged pores. I use benzaclin to spot treat a breakout and use an oily free cleanser. I know I have ALOT of dead skin and was researching about exfoliating and came across the baby brush method. anyone have any suggestions? thanks.

I used the baby brush method a few months and it worked, but I wasn't gentle enough so it made my acne more inflamed. Just be VERY gentle if you are going to do it, make sure to run it under warm water to soften the bristles even more.

Use chemical instead of baby brush. The baby brush is quite silly.
