So, after only taking a day of this stuff, my body is already unhappy. Pretty much right after I take it to a few hours later I feel "funny"....like jittery and just all over unwell. It's already making my bowels loose and certainly makes me feel nauseas after taking it.

The instructions say to take it on an empty stomach, which didn't work very well for me. Those of you who have taken it, how did you take it so that it wasn't so bad on your stomach? Did you take it right while you were eating? Eat first then wait an hour and then take it? Any advice on what conbinations worked or what food to avoid taking it with would be great.

I always drink a good amount of water with it. I also am trying to take a probiotic capsule every day and eat a cup of yogurt to try and help keep the balance. I'm not sure how long I'm going to be able to stay on this if I feel like crap all the time. I want to at least make it through a two week course.

Aside from the upset stomach, anyone else get a weird 'jittery'/shakey sensation from it? I don't feel full on dizzy, but it's almost like it's throwing my nervous system off. Really weird.

Hi -

My Derm. told me to take it with a meal as I had nausea/dizziness too. I took at night with dinner. You want to take it a few hours before going to bed though, so it doesn't cause throat/esophagus irritation. When I did it this way, I didn't feel nausea.

Good luck.

Thanks Yvette, I tried it tonight and it did help a lot to take it with food.
