Does anyone know of a really quick way to get rid of a blind pimple on the nose? I've had it since yesterday and it was worse this morning. I used Proactiv's sulfur mask, which normally clears up any pimple really fast, however, not this time. It is just really red and sore right now. I also used some alcohol on it too, which probably made it more red. Do you think a big glob of neosporin will show any improvement by tomorrow morning?? Any suggestions? Thanks!

The best thing to do is Ice it up good. Then take Ibuprofen.
It will be much better in the morning.

would this prevent it from further developing and getting bigger (and maybe into a whitehead), or would it just make it look better and slow it down.

because it seems like i'd rather let it run its course than try to prolong the ugliness
