Hi, I have these pimples on my jawline that I have had for over a YEAR. They're very hard, and grow in patches. They look white but the skin surrounding them is red, so it looks like a rash from afar. Can anyone ID these for me and what I could do to get rid of them? They're itchy and sometimes I can feel a sharp pain there when I haven't even come in contact with them. Oh and there is no way to pop these...they're not normal!! There doesn't seem to be anything inside them.

My derm once offered to give me a shot there but I was too afraid. Should I get it? Is it too late? No other way?!
